Global Scholarship Program at Lund University 2022/2023

The Lund University Global Scholarship program is a selective, merit-based scholarship program that honors outstanding academic students from outside the European Union/European Economic Area (including Switzerland) who intend to apply for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Program at Lund University.

Lund University in Sweden is the host institution.

WHEN TO APPLY

Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Lund University

The deadline is 17 January/February 2022. (annual)

Sweden is a great place to study.

The program will begin in August 2022.

FIELD(s) OF STUDY

The University’s Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Programs

The number of scholarships available is unknown.

Citizens of non-EU/EEA countries are the target group (and Switzerland)

Scholarship worth and benefits:

The scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of the tuition costs.

Please note that scholarships only pay tuition prices and do not cover living expenses.

ELIGIBILITY

To be considered for a scholarship, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be a citizen of a nation that is not part of the EU/EEA (including Switzerland) and pay a tuition fee.

• You applied for a minimum of one semester of Bachelor’s or Master’s level studies in the regular application rounds (30 ECTS)

if you have not selected a Lund University program/course as your first choice.

if you are unable to secure the funding required by the Swedish Migration Board to cover living costs.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO APPLY

In February 2022, the next application round will open.

To apply for a Lund University Global Scholarship, you must first apply to Lund University for the program(s) or free-standing course(s) you want to study using the online, national application website.
